THE CLARITY SESSION is a single 60 min 1:1 coaching session with Susan.
What happens after you buy :
When you purchase you will receive an email with next steps including -
- availability & a link for booking your 60 min session
- a link for our meeting
- an assessment if you're new
- as well as a coaching contract to be signed electronically.
POLICIES / REFUNDS
There are NO refunds for live Coaching for 3 reasons.
# 1 When we step up to the plate to make changes, it’s not uncommon for part of us to want to run away or give up.
This is a commitment to yourself & your own growth. I would not be the coach you expect me to be if I let you off the hook that easily.
This is why it’s very important to be sure the session, package or program is right for you BEFORE you pay.
# 2 When I take you on as a client I commit my time to you & it limits how many others I am able to take on.
#3 Coaching is about SELF growth & development. I can teach you everything I know, support & guide you wholeheartedly and I will, but your results are up to you.
I believe in my techniques, processes & programs - but only YOU can do the work.
Cancelations, Lateness & No Shows.
I respect your time & mine, for that reason session time is docked for lateness & lost for no shows.
Cancellations are ok & session times CAN be moved around - provided it is done within 24hrs of the appointment time -MST.
Cancellations after the 24 hour period are considered no shows, you will lose that time & you will not be refunded.
