I’m Susan Ferraro, former fashion designer &  Design Director of the US brand Kate Spade New York turned Mindset Coach, Speaker & overall Master of the Universe.

I did really well in fashion. Went to one of the most prestigious design schools, flew up the corporate ladder, & from the outside - my life looked like a dream. I used all of my manifesting & mindset tricks to create a new luxe apt. in my fave location in Williamsburg Brooklyn, frequent travel to Asia & all over Europe to shop on the company's dime & a multiple 6 figure income. Not bad for a debt-free single girl in her early 30's. If Instagram had been a thing then my page would've made my life LOOK fabulous. The only problem - I was too busy & exhausted to enjoy any of it. 

 

 I spent 11 years (over)achieving everything I ever wanted & then some – at the expense of my time, energy & health – only to realize that I didn’t want any of it.

In late 2012 I left the industry & entered the online biz world desperately seeking freedom & EASE only to find myself repeating the same. damn. EXHAUSTING & unsustainable "type A" patterns of pushing ’til I couldn’t followed by longer and longer periods of recovery coupled with guilt for not being able to DO enough. 

A way of working & living that I now refer to as THE RED ZONE. 

This way of being or I should say "doing" in the world, definitely can create success, but in the end, it left me severely depleted physically AND emotionally moving through a life my life that felt like it wasn't being lived. 

Someone amidst the perfecting & proving - I lost myself. My soul .

After years of absolutely, ​unnecessary blood, sweat & tears - I finally found a way to let go of my horrifying work habits including perfectionism, procrastination & the need to prove my way to the top. I have found a way to feel at EASE & ALIVE again without sacrificing my health or wealth.

Through my content & 2 transformational programs – EASE-Y MONEY™ & EASY PEASY LOA™ – I now teach other overwhelmed, high achieving women how to do the same.
